Attorneys can advise about: - Child support motions - Criminal expungement - Custody matters - Divorce - Orders for Protection - Parenting time (visitation) Some individuals may also be eligible for personalized consultations following their initial session. More information will be provided about how to apply for direct legal assistance during the clinics. Also provides general legal reference services.

The attorney can help citizens complete civil court forms, assist citizens in understanding the civil court process, and explain options and how to proceed A law library is available in the center offering access to federal caselaw and the caselaw of all 50 states is available, as well as access to United State Code, Minnesota Statutes and numerous other publications specific to Minnesota. - Books on real estate, family law and other areas - Local ordinances - Library staff members are available to assist patrons in locating and using Libary materials - Two public computer stations available that include a subscription to Westlaw - Photocopier available for patron use - Meeting room if reserved in advance - Staff attorney available who can help citizens complete civil court forms, assist citizens in understanding the civil court process, and explain options and how to proceed This service does NOT include legal representation, legal research, strategy, recommendations, or advice
