ICTV provides access to information about Itasca County. It does so with public and government access video delivered on Paul Bunyan Communications and Mediacom Television channels, mobile apps, Roku, Apple TV and social media. Government meetings are provided without edit for first-hand access to information. Public programming is provided as a mix of member-produced programming and ICTV productions. New in 2026 will be a web site featuring information that helps individuals thrive, plus better access to events and community information. As a professional video nonprofit, ICTV contracts with local businesses and nonprofits for video production. This work helps fund the community information needs. ICTV is a member organization which offers members the opportunity to make and share their own stories with the community.

Provides social and emotional support that is professionally facilitated and designed by and for those who know first-hand what living with cancer requires. Encourages members to create a customized plan based on their personal needs and wants. Program offerings include: - Support: Personalized screening and care planning, group support for people living with cancer and for family and friends; special programming for children and teens. - Education: Lectures and interactive sessions on issues specific to cancers, skills and tools classes, workshops and internet radio program (Frankly Speaking About Cancer, every Tuesday, 2 pm Central on VoiceAmerica Network at www.voiceamerica.com) and online resources and The Living Room online support community. - Health Lifestyle: Mind-body programs, exercise and yoga, expressive arts, and nutrition programs. - Social Opportunities: Potlucks, laugh fests, movie nights, and special events for families and young children. - Information and Referral: Resource library for support and management skills and links to other community services. - Clubhouse: Caring and supportive, home-like healing environment - A Place for Kids and Teens: Noogieland for kids and Mixed Media/Teen Area for young adults. Kids and teens living with cancer and their family members receive support and special programming. - A Place for Adults: Helps bring families and friends together who can lend and give support to the individual living with cancer. An action plan is developed for family and friends.

- Children First is a collaboration of Itasca County organizations and community members committed to creating community-based initiatives that will actively educate, nurture and care for all children in Itasca County.

The YCC Program, area students 15-18 years old will be in Deer River, MN for 2018.

Provides speakers to groups about battered women and related topics including: - Barriers battered women face in escaping violence - Battering and church response - Cultural facilitators of domestic violence - Effects of violence on children - How the medical community can better serve victims - Primary prevention of domestic violence
