Provides health services and education to improve the well-being of White Earth Nation band members. Services include:
- Ambulance, EMT, and paramedic services
- Child passenger safety seat program
- Diabetes project providing education and nutrition information. Fitness centers are available for personal training, group training, and other health-related incentive programs.
- Niin Gikenjige coalition to break social stigmas surrounding HIV and Hepatitis C by providing education, prevention programming, testing, and referrals to medical services where appropriate

Early Childhood Family Education - ECFE - Cass Lake - Bena Independent School District 115
ECFE is a parenting education program for all Minnesota families with children between the ages of birth to Kindergarten entrance. Learning opportunities through ECFE may occur in a variety of settings, such as the families' homes, district or community sites, and online parenting education and support. Programming and education services often include parents/caregivers and children but may just include parents/caregivers.
Works to strengthen families and engage the ability of all parents to provide an environment that supports the healthy development of their child. Services may include:
- Book and toy lending library
- Dad and child programs
- Early childhood screening for children ages 3 - 5
- Home visits
- Information on community resources
- Parent-child activities
- Parent discussion groups
- Play and learn activities for children
- Special events for the entire family
- Programs for non-English language learners
- School readiness program for children ages 3 1/2 - 4
- Single parent program
- Workshops on specific topics

Offers a college access program targeting low-income, first generation college adults ages 19 and over. Will assist youth 12 - 18 by request. Assists persons with academic and career counseling including:
- Academic and career assessment testing
- Academic and career counseling and referral
- Referral for dropouts wishing to complete GED
- Information about post-secondary educational programs
- Information and assistance in applying for financial aid for post secondary education and help filling out FAFSA online
- Referral to community agencies and services
- Workshops on topics such as college survival skills, financial assistance for post secondary education, career decision making, etc.

Provides resources, including newsletters, speakers, social events, library materials available for loan or purchase, and a slide and tape presentation explaining care and treatment of newborns with Spina Bifida; available for in-service programs. Additionally, offers the following:
- Financial assistance may be available for those attending the national conferences
?- Sponsors state conferences held in the spring and the fall

Provides various health and wellness programs to the community, such as:
- Diabetes Awareness Campaign: In partnership with the Minnesota Department of Health, CLUES provides education and information on prediabetes, type 1-2 diabetes prevention, and diabetes management to empower people to improve their health.
- Es My Time Tobacco Cessation Support and Resources: Offers one-on-one resource navigation for tobacco users, tobacco cessation education groups, and supports Latino-serving agencies and networks
- Mayores Majores Dementia Program: Helps the Latino community and their families learn more about Dementia through support groups, group activities, social connections, and education workshops
- Sexual Health Education: Provides comprehensive sex and sexuality education workshops for parents and teenagers focused on values, consent, and communication. Offers parent workshops conducted in Spanish on how to talk about sex education, sexuality, and sexual health. Also, provides youth workshops in English and Spanish about sex education and sexuality tailored to the learning needs of the students.
