• Referrals to over 70 hospice programs, and palliative care programs in Minnesota and over 1800 programs nationally

• Questions answered and written materials about hospice, and palliative care and advance care planning provided

• Some written materials are available in other languages

• Advocacy with state and federal government

• Home care training and education services

• Membership association for home health care providers in the State of Minnesota

• Provides annual membership directory/resource guide on website

• The public may also call the association office to get information about home health care services and referrals to member agencies
