• Cooperation and coordination of all library services for public libraries in nine-county area of south central Minnesota

• Courier delivery service

• ELM (Electronic Library of Minnesota) Information database for all ages

• Grant-writing assistance

• Interlibrary loan service

• Links to 15 databases provided by the Gale Group, access to full text articles, reviews, journals, etc.

• Management of regional network
