The venue includes: band nights, dances, billiards, ping pong, foosball, guitar hero, Wii games, video and music Kids spend hours talking to staff about serious issues in their lives and for many, the youth center becomes a second home to teens needing support and guidance. Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program is a supplemental food and nutrition program for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, and infants and young children who are at nutritional risk. ?- Purpose of the WIC Program is to prevent health problems and to improve the health of the program participants during critical times of growth and development. ?- WIC Program provides nutrition education, access to health services, referrals to health and other social services, and vouchers for supplemental foods. ?- Food vouchers list the types and quantities of WIC foods that are consistent with the participant's nutritional needs.

- Day Camp Ages 4 - 14: Provides fun and challenging activities in both small and large group settings. Campers can check out camp and still come home each night. Eight day camp locations around the metro area: Lakeville, Lino Lakes, Long Lake, Loretto, Monticello, Mound, Rochester, and Rosemount, Minnesota and Hudson, Wisconsin - Overnight Ages 7-17: Campers get a well-rounded experience with activities like horseback riding, swimming, ropes, kayaking, and camp fires. 3 - 26 day and single gender sessions are available. Four overnight camp locations in Eveleth and Loretto, MN and Amery and Hudson, WI - Teen Wilderness Ages 11-18: Campers start in base camp then head out on canoeing, backpacking and rock climbing trips. Sessions range from 5 days to 1 month or more. Two locations Grand Marais and Ely, Minnesota. - Family Camp All Ages: Families get away and come together through opportunities for growth, spiritual development and environmental awareness. YMCA Camp du Nord is located on the edge of the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness and Camp Northern Lights on the edge of the Superior National Forest. - Outdoor learning programs that can be tailored to group size, program lengths, and curriculum. Individuals staying at Crisis Stabilization will meet with a qualified mental health professional, mental health practitioners, and nursing staff during their stay. Services offered include skills training in individual and group settings, evaluation, stabilization, and referrals. Average length of stay is 1-10 days.

Children's mental health residential treatment is a 24-hour-a-day program under the clinical supervision of a mental health professional, in a community setting, other than an acute care hospital or regional treatment center inpatient unit. A fun, safe place for school age children to participate during the before and after school hours and when school is not in session. - Activities include swimming, gym, arts and crafts, time for homework, field trips, out door play, and games - Transportation provided: AM education children are bused to the middle school and will transfer to a bus that will take them to their school. PM Educare- children are bused from their school directly to the YMCA. All day Educare is held at the YMCA on non school days. Bring a swim suit, towel and bag lunch.

Intensive Outpatient Programs are designed to offer professional and peer support for clients and their families in a group setting. IOP groups meet three days each week. Groups last an average of 6-8 weeks and can last up to 12 weeks. Themes for Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program include identifying emotions, communication, family relationships, anger, mindfulness, healthy boundaries, coping with stress, self-esteem, gratitude, depression, anxiety, and self-care. New IOPs are available for Child IOP (ages 7-12), Adolescent IOP (ages 13-17), and Young Adult IOP (ages 18 and above).
