Provides comprehensive diagnostic and therapy services for a wide range of communication disorders across all age groups. Services are provided both on and off campus.
- Summer Speech-Language Clinic for 4 - 5 year old children
- Minnesota State University Mankato Aphasia Group
- Minnesota Stroke Association Adult Aphasia Group, Twin Cities
- National Stuttering Association Group
- Mankato Area Spasmodic Dysphonia Group: 90-minute meetings are held every two months at Minnesota State University, Mankato; functions of the group are support, education, and social opportunities.

Variety of service options for children birth to 7 years old who have early childhood special education needs which may include hearing or visual impairments, emotional or developmental delays, fetal alcohol syndrome, cognitive delays, speech or language impairments. Services include:
- Intervention services based on needs determined through evaluation
- Collaboration with other early childhood agencies and programs
- Interagency collaboration to benefit children and families
- Services can take place in a home, preschool, daycare or intensive classroom setting
