Provides medical care services such as: - Diabetes education and management - Family medicine in routine check-ups, minor illnesses, injuries, and immunizations - Laboratory services - Obstetrics and gynecology - Physical and well-child exams - Prenatal care and pregnancy planning - Rehabilitation services in physical, occupational, and speech therapy - Ultrasounds - Video visits with a primary care provider

- Provides a developmental program for children with disabilities birth to 6 years of age. This includes early childhood special education, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech/language therapy and adaptive physical ed. This service also goes into homes of children with disabilities to provide educational services.

- Assistance with personal care - Certified diabetic educator - Discharge planning - Help with a home exercise program and use of adaptive equipment - Home health aide - IV therapy - Light housekeeping and meal preparation - Physical, occupational and speech therapies - Respite - Skilled nursing - Ventilator care

Provides comprehensive medical services such as: - Family medicine in routine check-ups, minor illnesses, injuries, and immunizations - Neuroscience treating conditions such as brain tumors, stroke, spinal cord injuries, migraines, back and neck pain, and symptoms of concussion - Physical exams and well-child exams - Rehabilitation services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy - Smoking cessation - Video visits with a primary care provider

The Housing Support program pays for room and board for seniors and adults with disabilities who have low incomes. The program aims to reduce and prevent people from living in institutions or becoming homeless. - Can apply at www.mnbenefits.mn.gov

Services are provided both on and off campus. - Summer Speech-Language Clinic for 4 - 5 year old children - Minnesota State University Mankato Aphasia Group - Minnesota Stroke Association Adult Aphasia Group, Twin Cities - National Stuttering Association Group - Mankato Area Spasmodic Dysphonia Group: 90-minute meetings are held every two months at Minnesota State University, Mankato; functions of the group are support, education, and social opportunities.
