Services include: - Emergency preparedness to prevent, protect against, and quickly respond to and recover from health emergencies. Emergencies include infectious disease outbreaks/pandemics, severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, incidents resulting in mass casualties, toxic chemical or radiological releases, and acts of bioterrorism. - General education about communicable diseases and immunizations to groups and individuals - HIV education and information - Immunization services to children and adults that are not covered by insurance or Medical Assistance (MA) - Seasonal flu information - Tuberculosis screening, follow-up, and case management to individuals suspected of having or currently have active Tuberculosis

Food Shelf provides enough food to prepare four to five days of meals at home. Members receive nonperishable food, frozen meals, meat, dairy, produce and hygiene items. Food shelf access is limited to once per month.

Rural AIDS Action Network (RAAN) assists persons living with, affected by, and at risk for HIV in Greater Minnesota through a network of volunteers and professionals. - Mileage reimbursement program available to HIV-positive Minnesotans living outside the Twin Cities metro area. Provides bus passes, mileage reimbursement, or taxi vouchers for transportation to and from: - medical appointments - social service appointments - certain other basic needs - Food assistance: Offers a monthly food voucher lottery for eligible clients in the form of gift card

Sistas Inspiring Sistas Support Group (SIS) The SIS program is for women living with HIV and provides support, training and education that empowers women to improve their lives and decrease risk factors. The program consists of traditional and non-traditional support groups that meet twice a week. Women receive both group and one-on-one support to create individual goals and plans, participate in group training, education and support, while working with the program coordinator to advance individual goals and plans. Brotherhood Men's Monthly Support Group The Brotherhood support group meets monthly. Men living with HIV within this group give and gain support from one another. Additionally, they participate in a number of activities around issues where they share a common experiences, and receive training and education around issues of interest to them.
