- 2 - 6 person homes in suburban locations for those with disabilities; typical ratio of two staff for four residents
- ACR keeps residents actively engaged in the community with activities that are meaningful to clients
- Each client typically has their own bedroom and the rest of the home is shared
- Each home has a live-in supervisor which helps to keep knowledgeable communication with loved ones as a component of care
- Most homes are wheelchair accessible, and have an accessible van. Will make and take individuals to doctor's appointments and other activities.
- Supports clients with g/j tubes, ostomies, catheters, oxygen, nebulizers, vest treatments, individuals who require range-of-motion and other therapies such as standing frames, braces, and mechanical transfers.
