Group Exercise Classes: Members can attend a variety of free fitness classes including cardio and strength, dance, strength, yoga and pilates, ForeverWell, Kids and Family, and water exercise. Note: Not all classes are offered at all locations.
Personal Training and Assessments: Rates for members and non-members. Members can receive a free one-on-one 60 minute assessment session with a certified personal trainer. Personal training sessions are available virtually via Zoom (included in membership or a monthly fee).
Small Group Training Programs:

- Wellness 180 provides a series of lessons that will help educate participants in and out of a classroom setting on how gradual lifestyle changes can positively impact their health. Rates for members and non-members.
- Wellbeats is for kids ages 3 to 14 who are participants of Kids Stuff or child care (must be a member). Kids Stuff provides free drop-off child care while parents/caregivers workout (must be a member).
Elder Care: Provides specific programs and services to support older adults age 55 and older, including in-person activities and free classes.
- ForeverWell: Provides members with wellness activities for older adults age 55 and older including virtually online or in-person options. Must be a member for the virtual online activities. Also provides wellness checks for senior ForeverWell members. The George Wellbeing programs offer guidance, virtually or one-on-one in a group setting, with a board-certified coach, to help participants navigate healthy choices.
Adult Sports Leagues: Provides team, doubles, and individuals sport activities. Opportunities for members and non-members.
Kids Sports: Provides year-round activities and program for kids of all ages and skill levels, including youth sports leagues and classes, summer sports, Homeschool Physical Education, and adult sports leagues. Members and non-members are welcome to participate. Offers youth with disabilities age 8 and up opportunities to participate in the Blazing Stars Special Olympics Team. The Young Athletes program introduces children ages 2 to 7 with and without intellectual disabilities to the world of sports.
