Project CHILD is for pregnant people ages 16 and older or who have been reported to Child Protection for controlled substance use anytime during their pregnancy. The program can also support those already in active recovery to reduce the risk of relapse during pregnancy. Services offered: - Help with basic needs including transportation - Substance use assessments, treatment services, case management, and counseling for up to six months after delivery - Peer recovery support specialist services - people with a lived experience in substance use and recovery - Prenatal care referrals, health assessments, and individualized care planning with a nurse - Prenatal and postnatal support groups. Parent(s) learn about parenting and baby development while building community with other parents. Also, offer support for all caregivers. - Project CHILD collaborates with many county and community-based resources for services. NOTE: Pregnant women under the age of 16 should be reported to the Child Protection Screening Intake line.

A place that helps individuals safely manage symptoms from intoxication or withdrawal for drugs and alcohol, while providing counseling and support services that treat the whole person, not just their substance use. The Detox Center is not a detention center, correctional facility, or law enforcement center. A secure 50-bed center, maximum stay is usually 72 hours. Provides: - Detoxification from alcohol or chemicals - Assessment and referral - Medical services - AA meetings
Detoxification: - Removes toxic or harmful chemicals from the body. - Individuals are assisted by specially trained medical and counseling staff. - Available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Inpatient Treatment: - Provides intensive therapy in all aspects of recovery for those who are unable to maintain abstinence during outpatient treatment. - Residential stay is followed by an individualized schedule of outpatient treatment during day or evening hours. - Length of treatment varies according to the length of the residential stay, but typically averages 4-6 weeks for combined residential and outpatient treatment. Outpatient Treatment: - Intensive, conveniently structured treatment program for those individuals who are able to abstain from use of alcohol and other drugs while involved in the treatment process. - Treatment may be arranged during the day, evening, or a combination according to need. Aftercare and Relapse: - Provides support and stability for ongoing recovery of individuals who have completed primary treatment. - Aftercare groups (both men's and women's) focus on issues such as coping skills, securing ongoing support, family and marital dynamics, work pressures, socializing, spirituality, relaxation, and stress management. - May be recommended for those considered "high risk" for returning to alcohol or other drug use. - Builds awareness of a person's personal relapse process. - Explores old patterns and new choices to stop the cycle from repeating. Comprehensive Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment
Short- and long-term supportive residential program for men who have have been released from prisons, treatment centers or who are homeless. Men are required to attend Bible studies, Holy Spirit Night, and volunteer at several locations. This program offers emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual support.

Veterans Court is a problem solving court that is intended to serve veterans struggling with addiction, serious mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders. The objective of the court is to get veterans into treatment where the root causes of their behavior can be addressed as an alternative to time in jail. Compliance with court requirements is monitored through regularly scheduled court hearings and charges against participants are dropped following completion of treatment if they have remained alcohol and drug free and have committed no new offenses.

Biblical counseling, healing, life skills and education tailored to individual needs. Children up to age 10 are accepted with mothers and receive programming as well.

- Provides Narcotics Anonymous meeting lists - 24-hour hotline for people who want to speak to a person who has experienced drug problems and can share their concerns. The hotline is staffed by volunteers, and if no one is available immediately callers can leave a message which will be returned within 24 hours. NOTE: This is not a drug information service. This is for individuals and family members dealing with addiction. While volunteers may answer general questions about chemical abuse but volunteers do not make agency referrals to treatment centers.

Using a housing first approach, Delancy Supportive Housing Services helps people achieve increased levels of stability and satisfaction with their lives while encouraging the autonomy of independent living. The program goals are to help people break the cycle of homelessness, and to improve their health and self-reliance. Flexible services are tailored to individual needs. Hearth Connection contracts with Guild Incorporated to provide a full continuum of services and support to eligible participants. - Delancey Apartments: thirteen units of permanent supportive housing in Ramsey County - Sandy's House: permanent supportive housing for up to four women in Dakota County - Scattered-site housing: located in Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Ramsey, and Scott counties as a housing support program - Housing Access Resource Team (HART): services available in Ramsey and Dakota counties to assist with housing transitions (finding housing) and housing stability services for tenants needing some assistance in order to keep housing.
