Hope House provides Residential MI/CD Treatment for adult men. Our 90 day, three-phase program, will address the needs of our clients by providing treatment for substance abuse and mental health issues concurrently. - Group therapy and one-to-one sessions (15 hours per week) - "Recovery Coach" Services begin in phase III, and will continue after discharge - On-Site mental health professional for MH therapy and diagnostic assessments - CNP available for medical appointments and medication management services

Project CHILD is for pregnant people ages 16 and older or who have been reported to Child Protection for controlled substance use anytime during their pregnancy. The program can also support those already in active recovery to reduce the risk of relapse during pregnancy. Services offered: - Help with basic needs including transportation - Substance use assessments, treatment services, case management, and counseling for up to six months after delivery - Peer recovery support specialist services - people with a lived experience in substance use and recovery - Prenatal care referrals, health assessments, and individualized care planning with a nurse - Prenatal and postnatal support groups. Parent(s) learn about parenting and baby development while building community with other parents. Also, offer support for all caregivers. - Project CHILD collaborates with many county and community-based resources for services. NOTE: Pregnant women under the age of 16 should be reported to the Child Protection Screening Intake line.

Inpatient Treatment: - Provides intensive therapy in all aspects of recovery for those who are unable to maintain abstinence during outpatient treatment. - Residential stay is followed by an individualized schedule of outpatient treatment during day or evening hours. - Length of outpatient treatment will vary according to length of the residential stay, but typically the total length of the treatment process for a combination of residential and outpatient care is 4-6 weeks. Extended Care: - Offers the opportunity to practice living without alcohol or drugs. - Focuses on rehabilitation and community reintegration, along with education, leisure time, work skills and access to a wide range of resources, school, jobs and health care. Certified Corporate Adult Foster Care (AFC) home which includes long or short term services provided in a residential setting to individual who need 24 hour supervision. AFC homes are designed to provide independent living skills development, support, and supervised living for up to four people in a family-like environment.

Domestic Violence Prevention and Intervention: An intervention and healing program for Native women, girls, and Two Spirit people who have experienced intimate partner violence, including domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and/or commercial sexual exploitation. Offers counseling and community-based education activities to clients that encourage healing, build resilience, reduce risk of repeat traumas, etc. Healing Journey: A structured peer support group for adult American Indian women ages 18 and over who are challenged by chronic mental health, substance use, and trauma histories. ?Safe Harbor Initiative: A supportive program for youth ages 24 and under who have experienced sexual exploitation or are at risk of sexual exploitation. ?Sexual Assault Advocacy: Provides crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, forensic examination support, and court advocacy for American Indian survivors of sexual violence.
