Residential Chemical Dependency Treatment - Anthony Louis Center/On-Belay House
Provides a 30 - 45 day, 45 - 60 day, and 60 - 120 day inpatient treatment program for adolescents, including gender specific programming, experiencing problems related to chemical use with programs including:
- School component which includes close, periodic, and continuing contact with client's school system on an inpatient and aftercare follow-up basis
- Recreational program emphasizing individual and group skills in addition to recreational therapy
- Family participation for lectures, groups and family sessions. Family week scheduled during treatment phase. Family involvement encouraged.
- Three month aftercare program for graduates of program and their families

Hope House Men's Program - Hope House - Grand Rapids
Hope House provides Residential MI/CD Treatment for adult men. Our 90 day, three-phase program, will address the needs of our clients by providing treatment for substance abuse and mental health issues concurrently.

Project CHILD - Hennepin County Human Services - Social Services
Project CHILD is for pregnant people ages 16 and older or who have been reported to Child Protection for controlled substance use anytime during their pregnancy. The program can also support those already in active recovery to reduce the risk of relapse during pregnancy. Services offered:
- Help with basic needs including transportation
- Substance use assessments, treatment services, case management, and counseling for up to six months after delivery
- Peer recovery support specialist services - people with a lived experience in substance use and recovery
