This program is designed to minimize the pain of quitting and end the smoking habit forever. Introduces an intensive treatment program which uses stress management, nutrition, motivational tools and patented negative smoking techniques.
Full medical and behavioral health services, including prenatal care, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Services provided by physicians, nurse practitioners, and midwives. Services include: - Adult and child immunizations - Diabetes care - Family planning: All methods - Flu vaccines; protects for both seasonal and H1N1 flu; COVID-19 vaccine - HIV counseling and testing - Hypertension care - Mammography by referral - Pediatric and adolescent care including well child visits, school, camp, and sports exams/physicals, pregnancy, and STD/HIV testing, birth control/contraceptive prescriptions, and education - Physical therapy clinic treating back/neck pain, balance difficulties, neurologic disorders, vertigo/dizziness, foot care, shoulder, and knee/hip pain - Pregnancy testing - Prenatal care with certified nurse midwife services; Postnatal care - Registered dietitian - Smoking cessation - STD risk education and testing - Women's health care - Telehealth visits are available

- Educates the public about the dangers of secondhand smoke and the need to reduce children's access to tobacco products - Helps the lodging industry create smoke-free hotels and motels - Mentors young people to adopt healthy, tobacco-free lifestyles - Works to protect the public from secondhand smoke - Works with youth groups and communities to develop and implement tobacco-free parks and recreation areas - Works with landlords to develop and implement smoke-free policies and thus increase the availability of smoke-free rental housing

- Baby Cafe Support Group: Support for helping parents achieve their breastfeeding goals - Caregiver Support Group: Offers emotional support for those that are caring for a loved one. Provides an opportunity to learn about resources and activities available to caregivers. Each meeting provides an opportunity for informal group discussion. - Health Education Presentations: Health professionals (physician, registered nurse, fitness specialist or nutritionist) deliver 1-hour, customized presentations on health topics including cardiovascular health, exercise/fitness, nutrition and weight management - Stroke Support Group: Support for people who have experienced a stroke, and their caregivers
