- 24-Hour Responder Service: On-call staff help with health and personal injuries. The service is often paired with Independent Home Support with Training program. Staff will respond by phone or in person depending on the level of services.
- Acute Behavioral Services for Children and Adults: Services provided to individuals with interfering behaviors and/or anti-social issues, who have a history of law enforcement involvement, have difficulty living with others and require high staffing needs, are in frequent crisis situations, or coming out of an institution.
- Case Management: Available to residents of Hennepin, Ramsey, and Wright Counties who receive funding through various waivers and/or programs. Assists navigating the social service system and provides information and advocacy.
- Integrated Community Supports: Provides support and training/habilitation in community living service categories to adults ages 18 and older who reside in a living unit of a provider-controlled ICS setting (e.g., apartment in a multi-family housing building). ICS can be delivered up to 24 hours per day in the person's living unit or in the community.
- Individualized Home Supports: Provides a blend of in-person and remote services that focus on support and training of a person who needs to maintain or increase independence for their continued experience living in the community. Also offers services to relatives working to support the person's goals.
- Residential Services: Operates residences for adults with significant behavioral, medical, or physical challenges including brain injuries. Residential group home programs are licensed as adult or child foster care, or a supervised living facility. Each site serves 2 - 6 people.
- Supportive Employment Services: Provides individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities assistance with initial stages of the employment assessment period, job search and development, job coaching, and working independently
- Vocational Rehabilitation Services: Offers a variety of services including job-seeking skills training, job coaching, social coaching, post-secondary education, and more. Also, supports student youth as they search for and find competitive employment and helps them explore post-secondary education.

- MR/RC (Developmental Disabilities) Waiver provides services to individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities or related conditions, supporting them in living meaningful and inclusive lives
- TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) Waiver supports individuals who have experienced a significant brain injury due to accident, stroke, illness, or other causes, helping them live as independently as possible in the setting of their choice
Personal Care Assistants (PCAs):
- PCAs assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, taking medications, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
- PCAs may also provide support with behavioral needs, helping individuals manage challenges in positive and supportive ways
- PCAs can support individuals in a variety of settings, including their own homes, family homes, or foster care placements
Other Services:
- Individuals who are not eligible for the Developmental Disabilities Waiver may still qualify for similar supports through the CADI or PCA programs
- In-home family support services help individuals build daily life skills such as self-care, communication, social interaction, sensory and motor development, and community living skills

Guardianship Options - Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota - Metro
LSS Guardianship Option services include:
Guardianship or Conservatorship: Manages the health and care of incapacitated individuals in the least restrictive manner possible and advocates in their best interest. Guardians and Conservators are appointed by the court. If an individual has no family or friends to assume the responsibility, LSS my be appointed. LSS staff gather information from individuals, caregivers and medical personnel to make medical and care decisions.
Personal Representative of the Estate: Following court appointment, LSS completes probate requirements and handles disposition of assets according to the individual's wishes.
Power of Attorney: Through a legally executed power of attorney, LSS is authorized to assist individuals in managing income and assets. Services may include check writing, checkbook balancing, assistance with financial and medical forms, assistance with retrofitting, maintenance, preparation for sale, the sale or purchase of property.
Pooled Trust: Protects the public benefits of people with disabilities of any age while maintaining resources that will be available for their special or supplemental needs. The creation of a pooled trust moves assets from being countable for purposes of Medicaid and Social Security eligibility to being non-countable assets.
Care Coordinator: Partners in decision making with individuals who may be alone and who may need help with contracting of repairs or services in the home, scheduling of appointments and making payments to providers.

All students (aside from HVAC and Solar training) begin their career pathway in Workplace Essentials, a short training course designed to incorporate interpersonal, financial, and technical skill basics into one compact course that sets the pace for advanced learning.
Industry-recognized credentials are incorporated into most of the Career Education Training Programs that include not only the preparation for the credential exam, but the exam itself.
