Direct, confidential services to victims of sexual assault:
- 24 hour information, referral, crisis phone service, and medical outreach
- Advocacy and outreach by staff and volunteers; legal advocacy provided when working with law enforcement and Ramsey County prosecutors
- Emergency financial assistance, depending on availability of funds. Limited to once a year. Call for information.
- Individual counseling
- May provide emergency transportation and assistance with coordinating community resources

Kids Count - HOPE Coalition
Program services are for children and young adults, ages birth - 24, or those of a family member or friend, who have experienced neglect, emotional, physical, or sexual abuse; or have witnessed domestic violence. Services provided:
- 24-hour hotline
- Age-appropriate support groups during the school year and outings/activities during the summer
- Assistance with child-related appointments (school enrollment, medical, dental, etc.) or issues
- Crisis intervention
- One-on-one positive parenting training
- Resources and referrals
- Safety planning
