Offers Host Home Program that provides services for youth in unstable housing to be connected with a community member who opens their home to house a youth for up to one year. - Supportive Housing Program: Local faith communities and groups partner with The Connect Center to provide a one-year structured program for a family in jeopardy of losing their housing. Families work toward their goals with an expanded positive support network which includes a volunteer family mentor.

Programs include: - Child Passenger Safety Program: One-hour class for parents on use of their child safety seat including information on the correct seat for the child, safely securing the child in the seat, and correct installation of the seat in the vehicle. Outreach Services - Milestones - Saint Cloud

Provides outreach services and support to families of young children and the adults that care for them, including licensed family child care providers, child care centers, and family friend and neighbor caregivers. Programs include: - Car seat education, distribution, and installation for families with qualifying insurance. Growing Kinship Connection (GKC) - Family Rise Together

Program aims to reduce risk factors and increases protective factors for children and youth by: - Connecting children with positive adults (Kin caregivers) - Educating and providing resources to relatives to navigate the complex system - Increase formal and informal placement with relatives and paternal family - Provide culturally specific training, such as 24/7 Dad's AM/PM curriculum, etc. - Provide equitable case management services Services including: - Education: Helps educate and empower families to better navigate the complexities of the system. Provides resources that focus on navigating the court system and becoming a better parent, with an emphasis on fathers/father figures. - Family Mentorship: Program replaces traditional case management by recognizing the oppression built into "managing family affairs". Mentors work with alongside families to educate, provide resources (i.e. swag bags, resource guides), and nurture familial bonds for improving the well-being of children and families. This service is currently offered in Saint Louis County. - National Relative Search: Offers a relative search service to GKC families actively working with. This allows the family mentor to identify possible relatives across state lines to determine possible placement options and nurture familial connections. - Support Groups: Provides a peer-to-peer support, for fathers and male care givers in south Saint Louis County

Time limited Housing is available for homeless families referred through Coordinated Entry System. Families must be willing to work on goals related to self-sufficiency. Clients may stay up to 24 months if compliant with rules, which include remain law abiding, maintaining sobriety, active search for permanent and affordable housing.
