Special needs adoptions are services provided to place children who have special needs in permanent adoptive for children whos are over the age of infancy and has physical, emotional or developmental disabilities or challenges. Could be in a sibling group and wished to be placed together and are children of color or may have been victims of neglect or abuse.
- Offers adoption training to American Indians - Facilitates placement of American Indian children into adoption - Works with American Indian families, tribes, and other resources to comply with adoption regulations - Provides adoption services to families based on special needs
