- Diversion Program Monitoring for Adults: Low-level felony offenders with little or no prior criminal record may be court-ordered into the Diversion Program. Diversion allows certain property and drug offenders to avoid a felony conviction if they complete a probationary period with specific conditions. Offenders may be required to pay restitution to their victims, complete community work service, and undergo chemical dependency treatment.
