- Bible Study Courses: Free correspondence courses provide inmates with an introduction to the Bible and its messages. - Chaplaincy and Counseling: Chaplains and counselors are available to visit inmates; conduct Bible classes, chapel services, and musical programs; and provide individual or group counseling. - Family Services: Help to families may include spiritual counseling, material aid, group support. - Christmas Aid to Inmates' Families: Service brings joy to families by providing a catalog of gifts inmates can choose for their families. Prisons participating include: Moose Lake/Willow River, St Cloud, Sandstone, Hennepin County Workhouse, Red Wing, Faribault, Shakopee and Lino Lakes. - Community Corrections: Inmates preparing for release or parole may be eligible for court-approved services offered by Salvation Army including job training and placement, housing services through Harbor Light or the Adult Rehabilitation Center, and help in reestablishing family and community relationships. Referrals to Salvation Army offices and outside agencies for financial assistance and other social service needs.

Volunteer mentors who are trained and supported connect with individuals who are incarcerated in Minnesota prisons. Volunteers can be anyone with a few hours a month and a desire to talk, listen, and offer non-judgmental feedback through visits, messages, phone calls, and mail. Most volunteers have no backgrounds in criminal justice or mentoring. Volunteers will need to be approved for visiting by the Minnesota Department of Corrections.
Drop-in Center and programming providing specialized, one-on-one planning and referrals for re-entering offenders whether just out of federal, state, or county correctional facilities or years after release, who are searching for jobs, housing, transportation, and other needs. - Employment: Provides resources for job searches, assistance with applications and resumes to help individuals find stable employment. - Information and referrals for affordable, permanent housing opportunities. - Transportation services include reduced price transit passes and bus tokens to verifiable job interviews and appointments. - Referrals to resources offering assistance in meeting daily, basic needs including meals, clothing, and furniture. - Provides access to technology needs such as voicemail, phones, and computers.
