The workshops teach: - Conflict management skills, understanding the underlying causes of violence, team building, and leadership skills - Discussion topics to understand affirmation, communication, cooperation, and conflict resolution - Every participant to find their innate power to positively transform themselves first and the world they live in - Training facilitator workshops to focus on facilitation skills to become successful facilitators.
