Provides case management, day reporting, electronic monitoring, and support groups for individuals who have committed sex offenses.

Offers outpatient group and individual therapy and psychological assessment for male and female sexual offenders, incest offenders and families, and sexual abuse victims. Therapy is also available via Teletherapy. Specific programming includes: - Phase Program: Outpatient, family-centered program for the assessment and treatment of adolescent males and females who have behaved in sexually inappropriate or victimizing ways - Psycho-educational Classes: Time-limited classes for offenders who severely deny or minimize their offenses or who need information on appropriate sexual behavior - Supervised Visitation: Between parents and children who are not allowed unsupervised contact by order of the court. Specifically designed for sex offenders, but will provide service to others in need of supervised visitation. - Victim/Survivors of Sexual Abuse: Individual therapy sessions are available by appointment to explore the impact that sexual abuse has had on the lives of those who have been victimized. - Provides treatment Foster Care for children and adolescents in the Bemidji, Cass Lake, Greenbush, LaPorte, Lake George, Park Rapids, Blackduck, Bagley, Crookston, Northome, Roseau, Warroad and surrounding rural areas - Need a referral from County Social Services, Probatrion, Tribal Social services - 1/4 of foster families are Native American providing placement for Native American youth - Individualized treatment plans and assessments - Quarterly review with all team members - Coordination of resources to assist child and family to achieve reunification, whenever possible - 24 hour on-call availability by social work personnel to foster families, birth families and children - Monthly support meetings and array of educational offerings to foster families - Collaboration between referral service and worker allowing for better understanding and delivery of services Specialty areas of foster families include but are not limited to: - SED population - Sexual offenders - Conduct Disorders - Developmentally disabled - Attention deficit disorder - Oppositional defiant disorder - Medically complex cases - Depression - Fetal Alcohol Syndrome - FAS

Therapists work closely with participants' probation officer to ensure the best coordination of care. Also provides therapy services for the entire family, safe and intentional reconciliation and reunification services for men and their families, and/or individuals they offended against, as desired or appropriate.

Residential treatment for sex offenders in therapeutic community setting offered through four programs: - 30 day; and 60 day comprehensive inpatient sex offender psychological assessment - 60 - 90 day inpatient intervention as an adjunct to outpatient treatment or for those not progressing in outpatient treatment. Participants do not have to be enrolled in one of Alpha's outpatient programs. - Intermediate length (target residence is 13 months) followed by one year or more of post-residence programming - Standard program (average stay of 18 months) followed by over one year of post-residence programming
