Central Minnesota Brainerd Campus site serves 89 male residential clients and offers outpatient services to women and men. Offers both a 13-month program as well as a traditional short-term residential program. Duluth Northland Campus site offers a long-term residential recovery 13-month program for adult men. There is also a short-term residential 1-3 month program for adult men that offers intensive treatment services. Main site offers shorter-term programs, a long-term faith-based recovery program, and extensive prevention and transitional/aftercare services. Rochester Campus site offers short-term licensed treatment (typically 14 - 90 days) and long-term faith-based recovery. This is a 13 month program for both men and women. Long-term Program: 13 - 15 month residential program focusing on substance abuse, offered in a Christian environment. Residents work on overcoming self-destructive patterns associated with their substance abuse and developing positive life skills. Additional services: - Individual pastoral counseling, marriage and family therapy, and small groups - Licensed psychologists for dual-diagnosis residents - Elective classes target issues that often coincide with chemical abuse - Tailored assignments focus learning to meet individual needs - On site GED programming available Short-term Program: Offers intensive licensed Rule 245G programs with optional co-occurring disorder treatment services. Programming is provided in a structured therapeutic community offering continuous observation and treatment by professional multidisciplinary staff members. This program serves men and women, boys and girls (over 16 years of age). Length of services and level of care is based on client's ongoing assessed need. Most stays range from 21-60 days, but a one year continuing care plan is required for successful completion of this program. This program utilizes best practices including a traditional 12-Step program, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and integrated mental and chemical health services. The multidisciplinary staff approach is motivational, strength-based and relationally focused. Also offered is life skills development that helps the client enhance coping and social skills.

Offers residential treatment programs for individuals that are designed for people who want to step away from outside influences and envelop themselves in a secure, substance-free environment where they can focus on treatment. Relapse prevention track helps individuals understand the emotional, physical, and mental stages of relapse so they can better detect signs and symptoms of mental relapse and begin practicing coping skills. Clinicians will engage in psychoeducation, through exercises, including a chain analysis of relapse, brain development exercises, and developing a sober support network.

Primarily American Indian men, but will serve all underserved populations. Provides case management services to help clients set goals and receive assistance toward reaching their goals focusing primarily on permanent housing, education, and employment.

The Eighth Street Residence is an 8-bed residential program for gender-identifying men, located in Saint Paul experiencing a mental illness and/or having a co-occurring mental health and substance use diagnosis. The program includes: - 24-hour on-site staff and assistance in a residential setting - Assessment of immediate needs and factors that lead to the crisis - Individualized treatment to address immediate needs and restore the individual to a pre-crisis level of functioning - Individual and group therapy - Living skills/foundational wellness development, including exercise, and nutrition - Medication management

The men's residential inpatient treatment program serves adult men who are in need of treatment services. Length of stay will vary based on the needs of each patient. Services include: - 28-45 day stay in the residential program - Co-occurring treatment program with on-site mental health services 24 hours/7 days a week - Holistic care to help patients develop the skills to cope, find support systems, understand the relationship with addiction, and recovery - Work with a multidisciplinary team which includes licensed alcohol and drug counselors, mental health professionals, nursing professionals, personal fitness trainers, dieticians, and a chaplain - Referral to internal programs such as the Continuing Care for Alcohol and Drug Recovery Program, Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Program (DAPP), DWI Clinic, intensive outpatient alcohol and drug program, halfway house, sober living program, and online support network for men.

A program for men who suffer from substance use disorders. This 12-step program is designed to assist adults who need frequent contact and structure. The program provides group sessions and weekly individual sessions. Individual counseling sessions focus on treatment planning and aftercare coordination. Group Counseling sessions focus on: - Co-occurring treatment services - Colorful Meditation - Positive mental health - Living Skills - Men's Health - Moral Compass - Who am I sober? Participants are expected to attend 33 sessions four days a week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 to 12:00. Then 16 sessions for two days per week Tuesday and Friday for a total of 150 hours.
