Rapid Exit Singles - Catholic Charities Twin Cities - Minneapolis Opportunity Center
Rapid Exit is a partnership between Catholic Charities, Simpson Housing Services and Agate Housing and Services. Program goal is to find permanent housing for individuals and couples without children who have been homeless or currently living in Hennepin County funded shelters for less than one year. Services may include:
- Furniture referrals
- Help with rental application fees, portions of the security deposit or first month's rent if the County can't help
- Referrals to community resources
- Housing search assistance
- Case management up to six months after client moves into an apartment

- Offers assistance to apply for the Lifeline cellphone program. Eligible participants will receive a free monthly phone plan which includes 1,000 minutes of talk, 500 units of text, and 100 MB of data.
