Provides the following types of assistance to victims and witnesses of crimes prosecuted by the Ramsey County Attorney's Office: - Information regarding victim rights - Transportation assistance - Timely information regarding hearing dates and schedule changes - Arrangements made for interpretive services - Assistance in obtaining time off from employment for court - Assistance in applying for witness fees and compensation from the Crime Victims Reparation Board - Referrals to outside agencies - Assistance with matters related to restitution and the return of property

Provides support and information to all persons who have been victimized by a crime in Benton County. - Accompanies victims and witnesses to criminal court hearings - Assistance in applying for witness fees, restitution from the offender, and compensation from the Minnesota Crime Victims Reparations Board - Assist with the return of property held by police - Education and preparation for trials - Information regarding statuses of the case - Referrals to other Benton County services or community resources - Transportation to court

Provides crisis counseling, advocacy services, and safety planning and education for children and young adults ages 4 - 18 who have been abused or witnessed violence. This program also travels to local schools, educating children on healthy communication skills, setting healthy boundaries, and improving self-esteem.

Advocates provide culturally sensitive advocacy, support, and education to Fond Du Lac victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and general crime. Services include: - Assistance with Orders for Protection and Harassment Orders - Community support groups - Court advocacy - Domestic Abuse Counseling and Education 8-Week Program and child welfare family conferencing to help with parenting time decisions, family facilitation services, parallel protection process, case planning, safety planning, and reunification - Navigate local community resources - Prevention and educational awareness to local community partners about domestic violence, sexual assault, and general crime - Referrals and reports to law enforcement
