Independent living in apartments for 16 - 21 year olds - Housing and independent living support services for homeless youth, ages 16 - 21. Please note that 16- and 17-year-olds need parent or guardian permission. We can help you negotiate with your parent or guardian if we think independent housing is the best option for you. - Housing and independent living support services for teen parents, ages 16 - 21, who are homeless or living in inadequate housing. We can help you find an apartment, complete the application, pay security deposit, and help with monthly rent. - Case management services to help you with education, employment, parenting, child care, and more. We can also help you with obtaining medical insurance and accessing medical, dental, or mental health services. - All youth participating in transitional housing have access to: Individual, and/or family counseling appropriate to the individual needs of single teens and teen parents. - Skill building workshops for single teens and teen parents to increase self-sufficiency and independence.
