Mediation Services - Community Mediation & Restorative Services

Provides mediation of disputes among neighbors, family members, shared parenting, builder and homeowners, property owners/managers and renters, businesses and consumers, employers and employees, juveniles, runaways, post-divorce issues, and several other services. Note: Agency is a member organization of Community Mediation of Minnesota which is a statewide single entry point for conflict resolution services. Clients can request a mediation through Community Mediation of Minnesota's website or contact any member organization directly.

Mentoring Training and Technical Assistance - MENTOR Minnesota

Provides mentor training and program management assistance. Mentor Minnesota has a Training Institute that works with mentor programs, workplaces, professional associations, and community collaborations, as well as educational, government, and faith institutions, to ensure that they have the information and resources to support more young people and to enhance the mentoring experience for all. Services include: - Assessment, consultation, and support for new mentoring initiatives - Professional development, public education/awareness events, and networking opportunities for mentoring program providers - Training, consultation, and resource development for mentoring program staff - Training development for mentoring program participants

Education Program - myHealth For Teens & Young Adults

Provides health education for adults, adolescents, and pre-adolescents in schools, faith organizations, and community groups. Services include: - Consultation for community agencies and professionals who work with young people and their families - Education for parents on topics such as teen development, communication, surviving the stress of parenting, preparing your teen (and yourself) for life after high school, navigating today's technology trends, parent-child connectedness, how to share your values with your child, sexuality, and mother-daughter classes - Professional Development for Educators: Provides presentations to educational professionals related to best practices in serving specific groups of young people. Service topics may include healthy relationships, stress management and relaxation, teen pregnancy, puberty, LGBTQ issues, birth control, anatomy, sexually transmitted infections, abstinence and sexual decision making, cybersafety, dating, healthy body image, and friendships
