Shelters are opening later as they're able (depending on staff/food/resources to stay open later.) If a caller has a shelter bed they can check with their shelter to see if the hours have been extended. Before going to any warming site: Call ahead of time, if possible, to ensure they are open All warming sites offer space to escape the cold, but only some sites offer services like food and case management OLMSTED COUNTY ROCHESTER Rochester Community Warming Center Address: 200 4th Street SE Rochester, MN 55904 Phone: (507)458-1223 Hours: 8 pm - 8 am/7 days a week Provides overnight shelter for adults ages 18 and older including access to shower, laundry facilities, healthy snacks and beverages, and fellowship. Also provides referrals for additional help and assistance. ? CLOSED Rochester Public Transit (RPT) "A Warm Place to Be" Intake: Walk in Thursday January 22 - Monday January 26, 2026 Hours: - 5 am - 10:30 pm Monday-Friday - 6:30 am - 7:30 pm Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays Provides shelter from the cold. Individuals can board an RPT bus without paying a fare. Passengers just need to notify the bus driver that they want to get out of the cold to access this service. CLOSED ?
