Address verification must be dated within the last 60 days and upload must show the sender, recipient, and date. Must provide a birth certificate for each child. .Distribution: December 11th, 16th, and 18th. Families can choose their pick-up date. Once signed up, families will receive a confirmation notice with an appointment date and time with specific instructions on how to finish the application process by emailing the required documentation. An official pick-up notice with toy pick-up instructions will be emailed to the family once the required documents have been reviewed.
