- Full food assistance may be received up to 12 times per year with at least one week between visits - Partial food assistance is available to clients once per week (Monday - Friday); items mostly include perishables and a more limited meat selection - Walk-in orders will be filled the following business day - Anything beyond the standard food order including baby items, juice, laundry detergent, dish soap, baking supplies, soy milk, powdered milk, personal care items, etc. may or may not be available - ECHO will offer delivery of food supplies to those people who call if they need the service - No-shows (no call two days prior to cancel pickup) count as one of the 12 visits allowed per year - Accepts food donations to support its services and contribute to community-based food distribution efforts.

Offers a grocery store-style environment that provides a variety of healthy and culturally specific options, including fresh produce, dairy, snacks, and a variety of meats including halal options. Shelves are restocked throughout the day, so everyone has equal access to offerings, regardless of their shopping day or time.

- Individuals/families receive a 7-day supply of food including fresh or frozen meat, dairy, produce, non-perishable items, dry goods, and personal care items. Shopping is done in the in-person choice model or via a pre-packaged non-choice selection provided through the Market drive-thru option. Food can be accessed once a month per household. Emergency bags are also available. - Market Express is an express drive-thru food pick-up on specific dates throughout the month. Food package includes 3-4 day supply including meat, dairy, produce, and dry goods (contents may vary). The service is available to people who are unable to go to the store, or for those who prefer to have groceries delivered. Provides access to nutritious food, personal contact, and a helpful hand in the kitchen: - Delivery of groceries and assistance with putting items away - Orders can be placed online or over the phone - Product catalog includes food items and household essentials
Offers: - Assistance for families in determining how best to care for aging relatives - Caregiver consultant provides one-to-one assistance to families and caregivers to create a personalized caregiving plan - Grocery shopping and grocery delivery services; partners with Meals on Wheels delivery - Light housekeeping and chore services - Social and educational engagement opportunities including outreach activities, game days, and more

Provides food each week to individuals and families. Shoppers (households) can choose from a variety of food items including produce, milk, bread, and dairy products. Personal care items are provided when available. Grocery delivery is also available.

- Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP): Provides low-income adults ages 60 and older with additional food and nutrition education. Items are selected by participants each month. - Food Shelf Market: Can be utilized once each month. Individuals receive a 7-to-10-day supply of food including fresh produce, meat, dairy, eggs, bread, shelf-stable, pet food, hygiene, and more. Choices can not be guaranteed due to limited quantity of items. - Outreach Grocery Delivery: Provides homebound individuals with food such as non-perishables, meat, dairy, produce, bakery, hygiene, and pet items. Volunteers take orders and deliver food once per month. - Summer Food for Kids: During the regular food shopping appointment, households with school-age children have the option to choose additional 'kid-friendly' food - Weekly Program: Additional food services available for those who are experiencing homelessness. Other special events such as produce distributions and additional shopping opportunities on select Fridays. - Personal care items and food donations are accepted

The amount of food given is based on the size of family, exceptions can be made, though. Families are welcome to choose any food they need and can use, according to family size and may access the food shelf as often as they need. - Home Delivery: Non-perishable food items plus dairy, butter, milk, eggs, fresh produce, and frozen meat are delivered to individuals who are homebound - Must Go Produce: Extra food available for families for the weekend - Summer Bag Program: Provides additional kid-friendly food to families with school-age children during the summer. Weekend bags provide additional food for school-age children receiving free or reduced lunches but still struggle with hunger on weekends. Each bag includes healthy food options for kids such as canned fruit and vegetable; juice box; spaghetti and spaghetti sauce; potential extras like granola bars and fruit cups. 1 bag is available for every 2 children. 1 bag is available per month. Goal is to help compensate for kids who aren't getting school lunch during the summer.

Individuals and seniors who experience difficulties shopping for their groceries at the food shelf can request "Groceries On the Go", a free monthly food shelf delivery service.
- 5 to 7 day supply of food provided per visit according to size of household. Households can utilize the food shelf once a month. - Offers pre-packed food delivery to individuals who may be homebound or in specific situations
Houston Community Food Shelf is a food pantry offering food for individuals and families in need. Packages of non-perishable food (10 pounds for 1 or 2 people and 15 pounds for 3 or more people) along with bread, dairy products, and produce (including organic produce) are available. Laundry detergent is provided on the 4th Thursday of the month.

- Senior food shelf for Hennepin County residents - Provides free home delivery service for homebound seniors - Accepts donations of nonperishable food items Staff and volunteers help each visitor "shop" for their choice of fresh produce, meat, bread, and shelf-stable foods. Participants may visit once per month and receive 20 pounds of food each time. Pet food and hygiene items are also provided when available.

Caregiver consulting: Professional assistance providing information, assessment, education, coordination, and training for caregivers and care receivers Caregiver relief: Coordinates volunteer help for the person who cares for a chronically ill home-bound loved one. Allows the caregiver time to attend to other tasks and provides contact for the home-bound person Caregiver support group: Helps spouses and family members with changes in the family unit; once a month in both Ely and Babbitt Friendly visits: Volunteer visits for area residents who might be homebound or just alone and want or need contact with the greater community Grocery delivery: Available for those who find it difficult or unsafe to navigate local grocery stores. Volunteers will deliver groceries to the home Northwoods memory care program: Guides clients and their families through Alzheimer's by helping to reduce stress and increasing family support Tasty Tuesday: Provides a class to older adults at no cost at the Ely senior center. The class provides healthy recipes, food preparation, and more. Availability is limited. Volunteer Rides: Coordinates rides that are not available through other services for local and long distance medical appointments, meetings, errands, and social events.

Grocery shopping at 4 Super One locations delivered to area senior citizens. Call in order, groceries shopped and delivered to client's door. Deliver almost all products carried by the store, including birthday cakes, greeting cards, store gift cards (up to $50 value), grocery bags, phone cards, deli and bakery pickups, and stamps. No alcohol and/or tobacco products.
