Home Construction Loans
Helps finance repairs for one- to four-unit properties, including duplexes, single-family homes, and townhouses. Offers secured and unsecured loans ranging from $2,000 to $75,000, with options that may or may not require monthly payments. Grants are available to address lead-based paint risks. Referrals are also provided to grant and volunteer-based no-cost programs.
