Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program - Finances the development of affordable rental housing for low-income households. Resident Services Program - Provides specific goals and objectives to meet the needs of the residents, while complying with regulations that govern the LLBO Housing Authority. Homeless Program - Empowers people who are homeless in and around the Leech Lake Reservation by assisting them to find and maintain permanent housing. - Educates the broader community about the causes of homelessness and helps to find solutions through community efforts. Designed to assist low-income families with their monthly rent payments. Provides for a rent subsidy to be paid to the owner of a rental unit on behalf of the eligible family. Family will pay approximately 30% of its monthly income for rent, and Austin Housing and Redevelopment Authority will make up the difference to the approved payment standard.
