The Department of Revenue offers assistance to taxpayers to help them to fulfill their tax liabilities and to receive any credits that may be available to them. Taxpayers can visit website to get information for all tax types including forms, fact sheets, free tax preparation locations, and contact information.

- Individuals eligible for the rebate but did not receive it by October, review the eligibility requirements on the Department of Revenue website. For individuals eligible for a payment, a customer assistance representative can look into their situation

Senior Citizens Property Tax Deferral Program:
- Allows real estate taxes to be deferred until the sale of the home or the death of the homeowners. Applicants must be at least 65, meet income guidelines, own the home, and have lived in the home for at least 15 years. If property taxes exceed 3% of the applicant's net income, the remainder is converted into a low-interest loan that becomes a lien on the property. The program will begin the year after application is made to the program. Any tax refunds or rebates will be applied to the deferred tax total. To apply, submit Form CR-SCD, available at each county auditor's office or online.
