Court Administration is the custodian of court records filed in District Court for civil, probate, family, criminal, and juvenile cases. This office will provide assistance to access the necessary and available forms to file an action with the District Court (including for legal name changes). There are two public terminals available for self-represented litigants to access public court records and to print forms needed to file some actions with the District Court. Court Administration will help with procedural processes but cannot give legal advice. This office draws grand jurors and petit jurors.

- Screens and assists victims of harassment or domestic violence by obtaining either a Harassment Restraining Order or an Order of Protection referral or other assistance - Attorneys will not be provided and staff cannot provide legal advice. Parties may seek representation on their own. - Hearings are usually held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with mornings usually reserved for new cases. Parties should plan to be in court the entire morning or afternoon. Advocates can accompany parties for support.
