JWRC works closely with law enforcement, national and local non-profit organizations, legislators, and the media to help victims' families. Helpline for families of exploited or missing children to provide the tools and services to empower family and friends. Available 24 hours/7 days a week for emergency situations.

Participants in the Project Lifesaver program wear a special wrist bracelet equipped with a small transmitter which emits a radio signal every second. When an enrollee wanders, the caregiver notifies local law enforcement and a search is initiated using trained and certified tracking personnel. The response team utilizes tracking equipment that picks up this signal which is specific and personalized for each individual.
