Jacob Wetterling Resource Center - Zero Abuse Project

Provides a victim assistance helpline providing specially trained staff who provide assistance and emotional support to families of exploited or missing children during the search for the child and/or case investigation. JWRC works closely with law enforcement, national and local non-profit organizations, legislators, and the media to help victims' families. Helpline for families of exploited or missing children to provide the tools and services to empower family and friends.

If a child is missing, the staff will: - Broadcast information nationwide through the internet and partnerships with national companies and corporations to raise awareness. They also collaborate with law enforcement, the FBI, state missing children clearinghouses, and schools as part of their national networking efforts. - Immediately report the case and open an official investigation - Provide a dedicated in-house location and investigation department to handle each missing child case with care and expertise - Utilize their extensive network and tools to help locate the missing child

National clearinghouse for information on missing and exploited children, providing resources and assistance to protect children from child sexual exploitation. Services include: - CyberTipline (https://report.cybertip.org/): Reports for cases of child sexual exploitation, including child pornography, online enticement of children for sex acts, molestation of children outside the family, child victims of prostitution, and unsolicited obscene material sent to a child - Education and resource publications on information about statistics, data, and issues relating to missing children - National hotline to report cases of child sexual exploitation

Rapid Response for Vulnerable Adults and Children - Project Lifesaver International

Provides rapid response to locate and safely recover adults and children who wander due to Alzheimer's, autism, Down syndrome, dementia, and other cognitive disorders. Participants wear a special wrist bracelet equipped with a small transmitter that emits a unique radio signal every second. When an enrollee wanders, the caregiver notifies local law enforcement, and trained and certified tracking personnel initiate a search using specialized equipment to pick up the individual's personalized signal.
