Men's Issues Education - Twin Cities Men's Center, The

Information and referral on life's issues and legal needs Library for members: - Topics of Men's issues: Relationships, health, psychological, and sexuality - Book loan and reference/information Family Law Clinics targeted to the needs of men and women regarding: - Divorce or dealing with other family law issues - Clinic held 7 pm - 9 pm 1st Wednesday of each month Issue presentations are offered each Wednesday on: - Parenting - Anger - Health and addiction - Job satisfaction - Sexuality: relationships, sexual orientation and masculinity - Spirituality Men Talk newsletter and on-line Resource Directory on Website 12 session anger management class: "Men Helping Men With Anger" - For men who desire to improve their relationships at home and at work - All anger management classes hybrid, meaning the participants may attend in person or online. In person is recommended - Alumni groups for men who have completed the class 12 Session Moving Toward Empowerment class - For men who have successfully completed the Men Helping Men With Anger class and want to deepen their learning. All classes are hybrid, meaning participants may attend in person or online.

Dodge and Fillmore County Clinics Family Law Monthly Clinics - Child support - Custody - Divorce - Domestic abuse - Grandparent visitation - Harassment restraining orders - Legal separation - Orders for Protection - Name change - Parenting time/visitation - Paternity - Termination of Parental Rights - NOTE: Advice will not be offered on CHIPS matters Olmsted County Clinics Criminal Expungement Bi-Monthly Clinics - Expungement is a legal action to seal records so they are no longer seen by the public. In Minnesota, expungement is primarily used for criminal and eviction records. The Expungement clinic provided by this library deals with criminal expungements. Expungement clinics are intended to be a one-time event to assist those who are representing themselves in the courts. Expungement clinics are held in January, March, May, July, September, and November. This clinic is an opportunity for a brief advice consultation with a volunteer criminal defense attorney to ask questions about whether criminal expungement is a viable option for an individual's needs.
