Impound - Saint Paul Police Department

Impound lot for vehicles towed from St. Paul city streets. During snow emergencies, handles towing from areas south of I-94. Impound lot open during winter months for violating Snow Emergency parking rules from areas north of I-94 are towed to 1129 Cathlin Street, (651)603-6895 (located 3/4 mile west of Snelling, south of Como), or 830 Barge Channel Road, (651)266-5642.
