Inclusive Community Events and Education Program - ConnectAbility of MN

The program builds bridges, allowing those living with a disability access to activities and events they would not normally have. Program developers create a calendar of activities that provide social, physical, and mental benefits for all ages, levels of disability, and their families/caregivers. The Inclusive Community Program also advocates for - Accessibility rights - Education assistance for students living with a disability - Inclusive community areas This program also manages the fundraising events for UCP of Central MN.
