Winona County Health and Human Services provides environmental health services including: information and consultation on food safety, hazardous substances, indoor air quality, healthy home principals, water safety, and vector-borne diseases (tick, mosquito, and other pests). This department also regulates food, beverage, and lodging establishments, assisted living facilities, school cafeterias, manufactured home parks, recreational camping areas, public swimming pools, fair, festivals, and special events. Services offered include: - Water testing - Radon testing - Food borne illness investigation - Well construction approval - Vector-borne disease investigation
