The Bob Welch Aquatic Center offers an Olympic-sized pool, lap swimming, two diving boards, zero-depth entry, green space, a large sun deck, a concession area, and a 208 foot water slide. Services offered include: lap swim times; swimming lessons for infants through adulthood; water safety classes and a junior lifeguard training program for youth in grades 6 through 8; facility rentals for birthday parties, company summer parties, family gatherings, organization events, and other activities (during non-pool hours); concession area with pizza, ice cream, hot dogs, and more; and an opening day free pool party.

- Education regarding the health, growth, and development of newborns, infants, and children including developmental screenings
- Infant/children's mental health (social and emotional development) information
