- Smiles Change Lives: Provides orthodontic care throughout Minnesota for children ages 10-18 who have a significant malocclusion, can be treated in one stage, have good oral hygiene and cannot afford orthodontic treatment. Specific eligibility criteria and a treatment fee of $600 required. Application is required to be accepted into the program.
