- Case Management: Offers support and referrals to community resources for HIV+ youth ages 13 - 30 and their families
- Free HIV testing for all ages
- Group Education and Consultation: Provides education and training to professionals, community members, and schools about AIDS and HIV-related health issues in individuals who identify as LGBTQ+ youth
- HIV prevention, sexual health education and counseling for young men and women ages 13 - 30 and high-risk people of any age who report having sexual and needle-sharing partners between the ages of 13 - 30

Education and support services to reduce maternal risk-taking behaviors and improve parenting skills are provided through individual counseling, group education, prepared childbirth classes, special classes for students on healthy lifestyles, and the distribution of printed materials and newsletters

Provides specialty medicine and sexual health care to patients. Services include:
HIV/AIDS Care: Primary care for individuals who are HIV positive and their families; routine care as well as medication and nutritional support counseling. Includes case management services to support patients with insurance applications, housing, transportation, and treatment support.
Nephrology: Specialty care available for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of non-surgical kidney diseases
Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Care: Testing for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, HSV, or Hepatitis B infections
