The Restore a Smile Fund is established to help those in the greater Itasca area who require dental care to help enhance their sense of physical and emotional well-being. Up to $1000, per year if eligible. Donor approval for larger amounts.

The Dental Access Program offers dental services at no cost to qualifying individuals. Approved individuals will meet with a partnering dentist to identify necessary treatment. Preapproved services are then covered up to $1,500 per lifetime for oral care. This program is a collaboration between Winona Area Public Schools, Winona Community Foundation and Winona Volunteer Services. To apply, individuals/students must have no dental insurance or require a service that Medical Assistance does not cover, and households must have a gross income less than 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines.

Client support services are comprehensive and personalized based on an individual's situation and needs. Services may include resource advising and support, case management, and in some cases, emergency financial assistance when available.
