Provides household stability counseling, case management, planning and longer-term support to address multiple needs and barriers. Also assists clients with finding employment, creating resumes, etc. Offers limited emergency financial assistance for transportation to employment for residents of Deephaven, Excelsior, Greenwood, Hopkins, Minnetonka, Shorewood and Woodland.
