Increases access to medical services by traveling from site to site to bring services where it is convenient for individuals facing homelessness. Services include: - Chemical health assessment and referrals - Chiropractic services - Medical services include primary care, transportation assistance, and community resource assistance and referral - Nutrition services include assessment and referral, education, consultation, advocacy - Mental health diagnosis and treatment services - Optical including vision screening and eyeglasses - Pharmaceutical services - Physical therapy - Public health nursing services include outreach and assessment, maternal/child health and family planning, child and teen checkups, and TB case management Donations of unopened medicine, inhalers, and supplies are gratefully accepted.
