Provides primary care services, including: - Behavioral health assessments and treatments for Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) - Child wellness care - Chronic disease management - Dental care services (cleanings, dentures, exams, extractions, fillings, and pediatric dental care) - Immunizations - Individual therapy - Group therapy - Grief and loss counseling - Health maintenance and prevention - Physical exams - Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) treatments that include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and brain spotting - Screening and treatment for STIs (sexually transmitted infections) - Spiritual counseling - Sports physicals - Substance use disorder treatment services such as distributing Narcan, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) - Telehealth - Tribal health
