Mobile Health Clinic for preventive services, acute illness, and disease management by video appointments. Operates as a large commercial vehicle with two exam rooms, a laboratory, and telehealth equipment connecting patients to Mayo Clinic providers. Video appointments are available for services such as:

• Anticoagulation/INR checks

• Chronic disease checks

• Immunizations

• Medication refills and checks

• Pacemaker checks

• Pediatrics

• Preventive services

• Specialty consults

• Sprains and fractures. Some sprains and fractures may need to be referred to a Mayo Clinic facility.
