Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Center (GRECC): Provides a multidisciplinary program designed to address the disorders of the aging nervous system for elderly Veterans. Room 4L-100, (612)467-2051, 7:30 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday.
Home and Community Care: Provides and coordinates many services through a continuum of care for Veterans in their homes and community settings, including Home-Based Primary Care, Medical Foster Home Program, and providing programs and services that are delivered by community partners.

Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation: Provides a full array of acute inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services for Veterans with a variety of disorders, primarily neurological and musculoskeletal. Blind/Vision Rehabilitation Services: Provides a continuum of care for severely visually impaired, TBI, low vision, and blinded Veterans and service members.
