HealthyFit: Adult Weight Management is an eight-week program led by a Winona Health dietitian designed to assist adults with weight loss and/or weight management. HealthyFit: Living Your Best Life is a six-week program taught by a certified health coach to help adults lose weight and keep it off. Program participants meet once each week and sessions are offered at various times throughout the year.
