In-home support and group-based therapeutic recreation for individuals with special needs ages two through adulthood, emphasizing community involvement, friendship-building, and healthy and independent living. - Adventure Program: After school, Saturday and school release full-day therapeutic recreation programs, and summer programs for children and young adults ages 11 and older with special needs operating at partnering location sites throughout west metro area - Destination Anywhere and Venture Forward: Full day and year-round afternoon recreation programs for semi-independent young adults - Flexible case management - Personal care attendant program for children and young adults - Residential services for adults with special needs - Supported Living Services for adults who reside in their own homes - Waivered home and community-based support services including hourly and daily service options

The program provides each child with a safe, stable, and nurturing environment, while working with case managers to secure an appropriate long-term home. The program serves children ages 4 - 18 with intellectual and developmental disabilities. - Short-term youth crisis home providing support to children ages 5 - 17 who are on a CADI waiver and have mental health needs. Located in Anoka County. - Over 25 community residential homes with 3 - 5 residents in each located in Carver, Hennepin, and Scott counties.

May help in finding employment if Vocational Rehabilitation Services is not available. - Employment support services: Help to maintain community employment in an individual or group setting.- Rehabilitation/habilitative service - Exercise Therapy: Provides individualized exercise plans for cardiovascular health, mobility, and dexterity.
