The YMCA has a fitness center for individual work-outs and also offers a variety of fitness classes. Fitness classes offered include: aerobics, aquatics, cardio, pilates, yoga, cycling, strength training, flexibility, and relaxation. The Fitness Center has free weights, machine weights, and other training equipment and is open to ages 12 and over. Fitness assessments and personal training services are available.

Fitness and Wellness Classes: Provides a wide variety of on-going health and wellness classes and workshops to promote independent living, boost health and wellness, and provide opportunities for meaningful social connection. Workshops are offered multiple times a year and monthly caregiver education covering topics like vision, yoga, and stress reduction.
Public Education: Provides speaking opportunities to businesses, civic memberships, service organizations or educational institutions on a variety of topics related to healthy aging and caregiving including memory loss and meaningful activities, recognizing early signs of dementia, communication and dementia, proactively planning for the future, how to make your business dementia-friendly, and accessing programs and services provided by the center.
